Job Description

Our client is seeking a recently qualified Architect or Technologist to join their design led studio in Manchester.


You will play a pivotal role in their dynamic team, contributing to projects across all RIBA Work Stages. From initial concept design through to construction documentation, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a variety of exciting ventures, honing your skills and expanding your expertise. Proficiency in Revit is essential, as you will be instrumental in translating design concepts into detailed, accurate models.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilise Revit software to produce high-quality drawings, models, and documentation
  • Work on technical packages and production detailed drawings
  • Assist in the coordination of consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table


Requirements:


  • 1-2 years post Part III qualification experience or equivalent
  • Experience working across all RIBA Stages
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software including AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • A passion for design excellence and a commitment to sustainable practices
