Architect or Technologist for Manchester Studio

Our client is seeking a talented Architect or Technologist to contribute to their dynamic design led studio in Manchester. You will play a pivotal role in their team, contributing to projects across all RIBA Work Stages. From initial concept design through to construction documentation, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a variety of exciting ventures, honing your skills and expanding your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise Revit software to produce high-quality drawings, models, and documentation.
  • Work on technical packages and production detailed drawings.
  • Assist in the coordination of consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years post Part III qualification experience or equivalent.
  • Experience working across all RIBA Stages.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
