The Company
Oscar Enterprise have exclusively partnered with Manchester-based tech company, specialising in the retail and training of Apple products. Following a recent acquisition, they are looking to expand their team before moving into their brand new office - located near the AO Arena.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative team specialising in Apple-centric technical solutions for Higher Education customers across the UK to handle and qualify inbound calls and queries, with excellent customer service levels. Serving as the first point of contact for all inbound calls into the Education line, routing to the right team member or, where appropriate, handling the request.
The Requirements
- Proficiency using Microsoft packages
- Experience with Apple device management
- Strong organisational and administration skills
