We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our FM team based on site in Essex.

 

Location : On site - Essex

Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

 

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in Maintenance tasks across the site.

Your day to day will include:

  • Manage Kier engineers & subcontractors
  • Manage Reactive, PPM & Quote works
  • Ensure 5 SHEW Basics are actioned & followed
  • Develop the engineers to ensure that they have the correct skill set to tackle the first line reactive jobs and planned preventative tasks required within the responsible area
  • Ensure that all engineers are appropriately qualified, are aware of the risks and controls required for their tasks and take all practicable course of action to ensure a safe working environment
  • Ensure that the asset base is accurate within responsible area and maintained in suitable format for the required CAFM system.

This role of Maintenance Supervisor  is great for you if:

  •  You have extensive experience of hard services and facilities contracts
  • You have a background in Commercial Maintenance
  • You have an understanding of industry standard contracts
  • You are experienced in relationship management
