We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our FM team based on site in Essex.

Location : On site - Essex

Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in Maintenance tasks across the site.

Your day to day will include:

Manage Kier engineers & subcontractors

Manage Reactive, PPM & Quote works

Ensure 5 SHEW Basics are actioned & followed

Develop the engineers to ensure that they have the correct skill set to tackle the first line reactive jobs and planned preventative tasks required within the responsible area

Ensure that all engineers are appropriately qualified, are aware of the risks and controls required for their tasks and take all practicable course of action to ensure a safe working environment

Ensure that the asset base is accurate within responsible area and maintained in suitable format for the required CAFM system.

You have extensive experience of hard services and facilities contracts

You have a background in Commercial Maintenance

You have an understanding of industry standard contracts

You are experienced in relationship management
