Our client, a leading real estate consultancy, is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their young and dynamic rural team . This is an exciting opportunity to work as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients, providing exceptional service in rural estate management and consultancy.
Position Overview
As an Associate Director , you will play a crucial role in managing rural estates, completing valuations, and providing expert advice to clients. Your work will contribute to the team's established reputation as a leader in the rural market.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of rural estates for high-profile clients
- Conduct valuations and provide expert rural consultancy services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand clientele
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
Requirements
- MRICS professional qualification
- Degree-level education
- Extensive experience in the rural sector, either in private practice or as a resident agent
- Excellent research, analytical, and IT skills
- Strong commercial acumen and a hands-on approach
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Financial management skills
- Exceptional networking and sales skills
