About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to support our teachers in providing a creative and effective approach to teaching pupils with varied and complex needs. As an Education Support Professional , you will work closely with our team to maximise pupil achievement and ability to develop.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or continue their career in education, motivated by inspiring learning in pupils with diverse needs. The role will be challenging yet rewarding, and you will be part of a school that prioritises safeguarding, listens to pupils, respects their views, and involves them in decision-making processes as much as possible.

A GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English is essential, along with being calm, engaging, resilient, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
