SL Education’s South Yorkshire Branch is seeking enthusiastic people to join our Residential Team as a Residential Support Worker. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with Children aged 5 - 18, with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Emotional Trauma, and Challenging Behaviour.Residential Support Worker Responsibilities: Implement and review individual care plans in collaboration with other professionals, ensuring that each young person's needs are met, and their goals are achieved.Maintain open and effective communication with young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.Risk Assess and ensure a safe and secure living environment.Ensure all Paperwork is correctly filled out e.g. Incident Forms, Medication Administration Records (MARs), Logbooks, Handover sheets and hourly checks are conducted.
