Travel Manager


Step into an exciting role as our Travel Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping unforgettable travel experiences for clients attending Corinthian Sports events. In this dynamic position, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying and building partnerships within the travel and hospitality sectors across the UK and internationally. Your expertise in negotiating agreements will help create a network of top-tier travel suppliers, ensuring every client’s journey is seamless and memorable.

Beyond that, you’ll lead and inspire a team of travel consultants, while also driving sales of our exclusive travel services, making this a role that blends leadership, strategy, and hands-on sales.

To excel in this role, you'll need to:


  • In addition to the Amadeus system, research options in relation to all travel including hotels / office space / parking and transport available for all the events sold by Corinthian Sports in all locations
  • Build an offering that creates a standardised approach for the travel consultants to sell with a view to meeting all client expectations
  • Create partnerships with hotel venues and transport providers to enable standard pricing options and service expectations
  • Manage a small team of travel consultants and monitor / drive performance expectations, ensuring key KPI’s are met
  • Work with Finance to ensure the invoicing process is seamless
  • Ensure reporting and ROI is provided monthly


Desirable experience includes:


  • An interest in sports and knowledge of the UK sporting calendar
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Xero or experience with a similar CRM software
