Job Description

Arthur have partnered with a Global Insurer who are seeking a Compliance Analyst (advisory) to join their advisory team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is based in Birmingham (hybrid 2 days in the office) and reports into the Compliance Manager.


The role:

  • Assist with providing advisory (UK and international) across FCA and PRA
  • Support on Audit and Assurance
  • Support on international advisory projects
  • Contribute to the group annual compliance plan
  • Perform horizon scanning / keep updated with regulatory change and development


Experience:

  • x2 years within Compliance (ideally insurance, but open to wider financial services)
  • Good regulatory understanding (FCA is essential, PRA is desirable)
  • International regulatory exposure is highly advantageous
