Electrical AssessorAre you a qualified electrician looking to come off the tools? They will fund your teaching qualifications to become an electrical Assessor and you’ll be mentored by other team members.Benefits£2,500 welcome bonusJoin an award-winning companySocials and days at the races24 days holiday + BH and option to buy up to further 5 daysGym discountGood PensionExcellent career progression opportunitiesLife assuranceEarly finish FridaysWhat are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:Conducting assessments and observations of learners in both the workplace and classroom settingProviding constructive feedback and support to learners to help them meet the required standardsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date assessment records and documentationCollaborating with the training team to develop and improve assessment materialsKeeping up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in electrical installationsRequired Skills and Qualifications: Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least three years' electrical experienceGood communication skills nurturing and encouraging personGood IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)Happy to undergo a DBS checkFull driving licenceMy client is offering an annual salary starting at £33,000 DOE, for electricians with no assessing experience, or up to £38k with assessing experienceIf you are interested and have the relevant experience, please apply with an up-to-date copy of your CV and we promise to get back to you.
