We’re looking for driven individuals to join our Porto office as Financial Advisory Trainee (BDA) , supporting a senior advisor in delivering world-class financial solutions to clients.

The Role

  • Assist a senior advisor with client management, marketing, and business development.
  • Gain hands-on experience in financial planning, including report writing and understanding investment strategies.
  • Play a key role in supporting client acquisition and managing leads, with the opportunity to earn commissions on all business generated.
  • Join an existing team of 2 current trainees.
  • £15,000 base salary, 10% commission on all business generated, and an additional £4,800 in accommodation support.
  • Numerous incentives.
