Veeqo plugs into all the major sales channels and shipping carriers, allowing businesses to manage orders, inventory, picking and packing, shipping, purchasing, reporting and more - all in one platform.
It’s an ecommerce supersoftware that is making ecommerce fulfilment dramatically more efficient.
We are a friendly, kind, and modest bunch who work very hard but value healthy balance, family, friends and all the good stuff that makes us smile We also love dogs and have a fair few in our office As a Software Development Engineer at Veeqo, you will be designing and building the software to support our journey from recent acquisition to operating at Amazon scale.
You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, as well as other tech teams across Amazon.
This role is a good fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is both creative and technical, and who wants to work near the beautiful beaches of Swansea, Wales.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent - Experience in professional, non-internship software development - Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design - Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree in computer science or equivalent - Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers - Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
