We have exciting opportunity for an immediately available ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to join us on an initial 6 month contract with hybrid working where you must be willing to travel to our Reading office 1 day per week.

Role Overview: Primark is seeking a ServiceNow DevOps Engineers to be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications during the L1 SIAM Programme. The roles involve working closely with the IT team to automate workflows, integrate systems, and enhance the overall functionality of the ServiceNow platform.


Key Responsibilities:

- Application Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- System Integration: Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.

- Workflow Automation: Automate workflows and processes within the ServiceNow platform.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.


Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

- Experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript.

- Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Administrator is preferred.
