Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Tradewind is currently in search of a dynamic and committed individual to assume the role of Behaviour Teaching Assistant at a school in Scunthorpe. This exciting opportunity involves providing vital support to students that need specialist, nurturing support within the classroom. The role is to support pupils across, KS2, KS3 and KS4 on a general and 1:1 basis. Pay for this role is between £85-£100 per day. The school require someone on a full time basis.Responsibilities for the role of Behaviour Teaching Assistant in Scunthorpe:Act as a point of contact the student offering guidance and supportConduct individual sessions with student to address both academic and personal needsCollaborate with academic staff to identify and address the specific needs of individual studentContribute to the development and implementation of programs focusing on pastoral careCultivate a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroomRequirements:Prior experience in a role related to student wellbeing or supportExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to forge positive relationships with students, staff, and parentsUnderstanding of mechanisms supporting academic progressFlexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the college environment.In addition to a supportive ethos, this school also has a strong leadership team, providing you with a fantastic opportunity to work with experienced professionals who are dedicated to your success.
