The Role

As an industry expert in aesthetic education and business development, you will have a deep understanding of the sector and a drive to excel in supporting clients and enhancing their businesses. This challenging and rewarding position entails crafting and delivering extensive training programmes both virtually and in-person. You will be instrumental in cultivating strong relationships with clinics, clients, and suppliers, bolstering and enriching their business offerings. Your responsibilities will include designing new course materials, conducting seminars, and advancing our business, as well as those of our partners, through your expertise and enthusiasm.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Engaging Training Sessions: Conduct lively and informative training sessions in-person, online, and via live-streaming platforms. Utilize your expertise to captivate and educate diverse audiences, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our prestigious skincare brands and their cutting-edge products.
  • Create and Update Training Materials: Develop, review, and refine bespoke training materials, including detailed handbooks, engaging multimedia aids, and compelling online presentations. Ensure all materials are current, innovative, and align with the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • Travel to Regional Locations: Undertake frequent travel across various regional locations within the UK to deliver exceptional training experiences. Your presence will help foster a deep connection with our partners, enhancing the reputation of Dermapure Clinical as a trusted industry leader.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with the marketing department to enhance the quality and reach of shared materials. Contribute to a cohesive social media strategy to amplify brand awareness and drive engagement with professional audiences.
  • Maintain Training Calendars and Compliance: Oversee the training schedule, ensuring all sessions are meticulously planned and executed. Adhere to supplier protocols and industry standards, guaranteeing quality and compliance in all training activities.
  • Build and Maintain Client and Supplier Relationships: Develop and nurture robust relationships with clients and suppliers, embodying the Dermapure Clinical ethos of trust and reliability. Your proactive communication and support will play a crucial role in the mutual success and growth of our business partnerships.
  • Work Experience and QualificationsMinimum NVQ Level 4 in therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Trainer in the skincare and aesthetic sector.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire diverse groups of professionals.
  • Excellent presentation skills with a dynamic and engaging communication style.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual training platforms such as Zoom or Skype.
