Job Title: Perception Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Perception Model Development : Oversee the development and roadmap of perception models within our autonomous systems, ensuring ongoing innovation and optimization.
  • Design & Development : Develop sophisticated perception systems that enable our technology to accurately "see" and interpret its surroundings using cutting-edge techniques.
  • Testing & Validation : Create and execute test cases to assess accuracy, reliability, and consistency, ensuring robust performance of perception systems.
  • Stay Informed : Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest research and advancements in autonomous system perception technology.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background : Master’s degree (or higher) in computer science or a related field, with at least 4 years of industry experience in perception or related areas.
  • Deep Learning Expertise : Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures designed for perception tasks.
  • Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in 2D/3D object detection, classification, semantic segmentation, object tracking, depth estimation, point cloud processing, and sensor fusion.
  • Software Engineering Skills : Familiarity with software tools and practices such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • Team Leadership : Proven experience managing and guiding teams to success.
