Your Impact

  1. Ensure the performance and efficiency of our software systems, working across embedded and distributed infrastructure, as well as machine learning and robotics use cases.
  2. Anticipate technical roadblocks and contribute to the definition and execution of engineering roadmaps.
  3. Make tough technical decisions, balancing velocity, serviceability, and sustainability.
  4. Set and maintain high engineering standards, including design, coding, and testing.
  5. Guide and mentor tech leads and managers across the software engineering organization.

About the Role

  1. You will lead a team of software engineers, leveraging your experience in complex systems, system software, and distributed systems.
  2. You will design and implement software for complex systems, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
  3. You will communicate with senior stakeholders, including executives, to drive technical decisions and project progress.
  4. You will work closely with the team to define and execute engineering roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.

This is a full-time role based in our office in Mountain View, with flexible working options, including remote work and flexible hours.
