We are looking for a full time Co-Founder. 


As the Chief Scientific & Product Officer (CSPO) and Co-Founder, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision, strategy, and execution. Combining strategic foresight with hands-on involvement, you will lead product development, oversee scientific initiatives, and directly manage foundational operations such as participant panels and surveys. Your contributions will ensure Carpoll's success as a data-driven, user-focused research platform.

Your Role


As the CSPO, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining our product & research vision and strategy while rolling up your sleeves to contribute to day-to-day operations. Your leadership will be key to driving product development, managing participant panels, and overseeing the research process—all while ensuring Carpoll meets its ambitious goals.  


Key Responsibilities 


Strategic Vision and Execution:


- Develop Carpoll’s product and scientific strategy with a clear roadmap for growth and innovation.  

- Translate the company vision into actionable short- and long-term goals.  

- Stay actively engaged in early-stage operations to ensure high-quality outcomes.  


Research and Participant Management:


- Design and execute end-to-end surveys, ensuring robust data collection and insights.  

- Oversee participant recruitment, onboarding, and engagement to build a representative panel.  

- Manage data quality assurance and reporting for stakeholder decision-making.  


Product Development and Market Fit:


- Lead product iteration to align with customer needs and market demands.  

- Build prototypes, gather user feedback, and refine features to optimise the product.  

- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to turn ideas into scalable solutions.  


Operational Leadership:


- Own day-to-day operational processes, from survey administration to data handling.  

- Address challenges proactively to maintain momentum in key initiatives.  

- Streamline operations to ensure efficiency and scalability.  


Team Building and Leadership:

 

- Recruit, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team across product, science, and operations.  

- Cultivate a collaborative, innovative culture that aligns with Carpoll’s values.  

- Establish best practices to prepare the organization for growth.

What We’re Looking For?

 

  • Proven experience in product management, research methodologies, or related fields.
  • Preferably with 10+ years in Quantitative Research (industry or academic or both combined).
  • At least 2 years of Product Management experience within the MR/Research domain.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results.
  • Hands-on experience in data collection, participant management, and operational processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and scaling teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for innovation and creating user-focused solutions.
