Sound AiSleep is on a mission to make bedtime a comforting and bonding experience for families. We are the first app that allows parents to stay connected to their children through personalized bedtime audiobooks narrated in their own voice using AI technology.

With Sound AiSleep, we aim to make storytelling accessible and deeply personal, providing children with a sense of closeness even when parents can’t be there in person.

We’ve recently launched and are ready to bring on a growth-focused co-founder to help take Sound AiSleep to the next level.

The Role: Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

As CGO, you will lead Sound AiSleep’s growth strategy, focusing on user acquisition, revenue generation, and partnership development.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, resourceful, and excited to take charge of growth in a creative and budget-conscious way, helping us scale up from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities:


  2. Develop & Execute Growth Strategies: Create and implement innovative growth strategies that focus on user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  3. Organic User Acquisition: Leverage a blend of organic growth channels, partnerships, and creative growth hacking techniques to expand our user base.
  4. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with family, wellness, and educational brands that align with Sound AiSleep’s mission, broadening our reach and engagement.
  5. Revenue & Monetization: Optimize and drive growth through existing revenue channels, including subscriptions and in-app purchases, while identifying ways to enhance user value.
  6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights to track progress and refine growth strategies, creating a foundation for sustainable growth.
  7. Goal Setting & Autonomy: Collaborate with the founder to set ambitious, realistic growth milestones and take ownership of strategic goals.

  3. Experience with Early-Stage Startups: You’ve driven growth in early-stage startups, especially in mobile apps, and understand the flexibility and innovation needed to succeed.
  4. Self-Directed & Resourceful: You thrive in a remote, flexible environment and are motivated by autonomy. You see constraints as opportunities to get creative.
  5. Innovative Partnership Builder: Skilled at building mutually beneficial partnerships with brands in our target markets, helping us expand reach through collaborative relationships.
  6. Visionary for Long-Term Potential: Motivated by equity and long-term growth, understanding this role is focused on building value and ownership over time.
