Job Title: Sales Director – Medical Aesthetics


Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts in the Medical Aesthetics sector within a high-growth organization. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 6 years of experience in medical aesthetics, coupled with a strong leadership background. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and drive market share growth in the medical aesthetics sector.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve targets, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, using insights to refine sales approaches and enhance product offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate team performance, providing regular reports to senior management and making strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on messaging, promotions, and product launches.
  • Training and Development:
  • Oversee training programs for the sales team, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to effectively represent our products and services.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the medical aesthetics industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven Leadership:
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
