Job Title: Sales Director – Medical Aesthetics
Job Summary:
We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts in the Medical Aesthetics sector within a high-growth organization. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 6 years of experience in medical aesthetics, coupled with a strong leadership background. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth while ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Design and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives and drive market share growth in the medical aesthetics sector.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve targets, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis:

- Client Relationship Management:

- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and clinical teams to ensure alignment on messaging, promotions, and product launches.
- Training and Development:
- Oversee training programs for the sales team, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to effectively represent our products and services.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI and drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the medical aesthetics industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven Leadership:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
- Strategic Thinker:
