Job Title: Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging Industry

Location: United Kingdom (Remote/Field-based with travel)

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growth journey. If you have a passion for flexible packaging and a proven sales track record, we’d love to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:


\t•\tSales Growth & Revenue : Drive new business sales, increase revenue, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients in the flexible packaging industry.

\t•\tClient Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their packaging needs.

\t•\tMarket Development : Identify emerging market trends, target new business opportunities, and support Aropack’s continued market presence in the UK.

\t•\tAccount Management : Manage customer accounts, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

\t•\tCross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with our design and production teams to deliver bespoke packaging solutions, ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded.

\t•\tReporting & Forecasting : Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and forecast future revenue.


Key Requirements:


\t•\tExperience : Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging or related industry. Knowledge of stand-up pouches, flat bottom bags, and bespoke printed packaging is highly desirable.

\t•\tSales Skills : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with the ability to close high-value contracts.

\t•\tCommunication : Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; comfortable interacting with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

\t•\tMarket Insight : Strong understanding of the UK packaging market, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and leverage market trends.

\t•\tTravel Flexibility : Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe to meet clients as required.

\t•\tProactive Mindset : Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
