Are you a sales leader with a passion for driving growth and leading teams in the Services sector?


Our client, a leading provider of services to the BioTech, Life Sciences, Food Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical sectors is seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Managers.


About the Role:


We're seeking a passionate and collaborative Sales Manager to lead a national business unit. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving profitable growth, motivating a high-performing team, and building strong customer relationships.


What You'll Do:


  • Lead with Vision: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Empower Your Team: Motivate and coach a team of talented sales professionals to reach their full potential.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster long-lasting partnerships with customers, understanding their unique needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative solutions to solve customer challenges.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and achieve shared goals.


What You'll Need:


  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Experience selling or leading a team selling a service into the BioTech, Life Sciences, Food Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical sectors or similar sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Passion for driving growth and achieving results.


What We Offer:
