A Business Development Administrator -Paying up to £27,500k + Benefits-Bristol


A Business Development Administrator is wanted for a leading contracting company specialising in providing high-quality contracting services to their clients. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and industry best practices, my client is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Administrator to join their team.


As a Business Development Administrator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing tender opportunities within the contracting industry. Ideally, you will have a construction background, however, this is not essential as full training will be provided.


  • Valid UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is mandatory for this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to effectively organise your own workload and coordinate tasks for others.
  • Proactive Approach: Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients.
  • Customer Focus: ensuring client satisfaction throughout the pre-contract stage
