As a Student Wellbeing Advocate and Learning Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our pupils. Working closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and other support staff, you will identify areas where pupils may need additional support and develop tailored plans to promote their academic success and wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, creating behaviour management plans, and collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular progress reviews to assess pupil needs and develop targeted support plans
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create bespoke learning packages that cater to individual pupil requirements
• Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive pupil behaviour
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to pupils, including crisis intervention and conflict resolution
• Contribute to safeguarding initiatives, including risk assessments and emergency planning
Qualifications:
• GCSE C/4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent
• Experience working with children and young adults with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties
• Strong knowledge of child development and psychology theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
