The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of producing/ maintaining commercial & financial data sets for all divisions within the Roc group of companies.Salary to be discussed upon application*Principal ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage company commercial and financial data sets.Responsible for ensuring data integrity between various, multi-layer, data sets, source and global systems.Drive and document adoption, improvement, connection, and scaling of existing data sets, systems and the quality of the associated information.Responsible for preparing and issuing to deadline company sales data tables:Sales data tables include, but are not limited to:Flash ReportsHoliday/ incentive targetsLeague table reportingDeals doneResponsible for the preparation of financial data packs for Quarterly Board meetings and AGM, together with supporting analysis.Responsible for the preparation and submission of external reporting to key stakeholders.Maintain and populate sales consultants billing tables on monthly basis.Prepare, maintain and update company budgets and forecasts.Provide regular analysis of commercial & financial data to relevant stakeholders.Monitor and evaluate commercial and financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.Support company stakeholders and team members with other ad hoc tasks and reporting requirements.Requirements2+ years experience in a commercial or sales analytics roleProven experience using Sage or any cloud based accounting systemsAdvanced Excel skillsApplications for this position will be regularly reviewed and interviews will be held as soon as possible.
