Job Description

Position Summary:

Join On Air as our Lead Generation Executive and play a pivotal role in driving business growth in the rapidly evolving live entertainment streaming sector.

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for On Air. You will be tasked with researching potential prospects and initiating contact to build meaningful relationships on behalf of the company. A deep understanding of our services, coupled with proven expertise in outreach and relationship-building, will be key to your success. This role requires a strategic approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure while achieving specific targets. As a core member of the sales team, you will collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing departments to execute initiatives that align with our growth strategy and meet key sales targets.


Please note that for this position, we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship, and candidates must already be residing in The Netherlands, European Union OR The United Kingdom.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with potential customers through email, phone, and other outreach channels.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to generate leads and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Consistently achieve lead generation targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven expertise in lead generation, business development, and sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and cultivate relationships.
  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management systems, with a data-driven approach to managing and tracking leads.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar senior role, ideally within the entertainment, media, or technology sectors.
