Job Description

I am currently seeking a highly skilled Global Product Manager – CRM & Data to lead and shape the future Consumer Data Platform (CDP) and CRM strategy for Twinings, a globally recognised FMCG brand in Andover. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will guide global markets on leveraging the CDP/CRM platform to enhance consumer experiences, optimise performance, and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Community Leadership: Establish a global network of CRM practitioners, driving standardised use of the CDP/CRM platform across markets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of the platform.
  • Training and Mentorship: Coach and mentor local platform leads, fostering skill development and platform expertise.
  • Platform Development & Improvement: Stay updated on platform features and roadmaps, providing feedback to vendors for future enhancements.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop KPIs to measure platform ROI, adoption, and commercial impact across markets.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the CDP/CRM platform, aligning with broader business objectives.
  • Consumer Insights: Use data analytics and consumer feedback to refine the platform strategy and improve engagement.
  • Feature Development: Collaborate with technical teams to prioritise features that enhance the platform and consumer experience.
  • Change Management & Training: Lead change management efforts for new features, ensuring smooth adoption through targeted training programs.


Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience implementing CDP/CRM platforms and ability to develop data-driven strategies for maximising consumer data
  • Highly motivated, adaptable leader capable of delivering in a dynamic environment
  • Expertise in product management, particularly in CDP/CRM platforms, with a focus on consumer-centric solutions
  • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and support for platform initiatives
