Job Description

Are you an experienced Unit Manager or Deputy Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the private care sector? We're delighted to be recruiting a Residential Care Manager to join a luxury elderly care home in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.


Requirements:

·Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification

·Experience in care planning, medication administration, and auditing

·Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance

·A passion for providing exceptional care in a luxury setting


Salary:

·£40,000pa

·40hrs a week, 100% supernumerary

·5 days a week to include alternative weekends


As a Residential Care Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential floor within a larger care home. The position is 100% supernumerary and reports directly to the Home Manager, offering a fantastic chance to work in a leadership role within a high end elderly care environment.
