About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, and SaaS solutions in the MSP industry. Working alongside the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing the global marketing strategy and delivering day-to-day marketing activities such as email campaign strategy and execution, digital marketing, social media posts, website updates, and managing digital ads across multiple PPC platforms. What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation across multiple channels
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Reddit, and other industry-specific platforms
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring targeted messaging and effective design
  • Create high-quality marketing collateral, including web assets, social posts, and events & promotional materials
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders and brief creative team members to produce high-quality, value-add marketing content
  • Oversee the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Reddit
  • Identify and manage third-party relationships to drive additional brand awareness and lead generation activities within the MSP industry
  • Develop marketing processes and effectively utilize tools to improve campaign execution, quality, and reporting
  • Lead the coordination and promotion of company events, including webinars and industry conferences
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals and strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies

Skills We Need for This Role

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing-focused role
  • Experience in a similar Marketing role within SaaS, tech or MSP
  • Proficient in managing Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other digital ad platforms
  • Ability to create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email, and websites
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot (or similar) is highly desirable
  • Visual or graphic design or brand experience would be highly desirable but not essential
  • Strong ability to analyse and report on marketing campaign performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
