We empower strong, sensual and independently minded individuals who are looking to reward themselves with products that reinforce their innate sense of confidence.We are currently recruiting for friendly and confident Client Experience Agent to join the Customer Services department.As a Client Experience Agent, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable client service, supporting the day to day operations of the Head Office Customer Service Team and act as an ambassador of our brand.The role will work to a shift pattern and require 3-4 hours per day, for 3-4 days per week (12 hour per week minimum contract) and be offered as a 3 month fixed term contract.As a Client Experience Advisor you will:Have previous experience working within a Head Office Customer Service Advisor or Sales Assistant role for a premium/luxury brand Provide informed responses to all online customer enquiries via telephone and email, following up on every customer request, to resolve issues in a timely mannerBe able to provide personalised customer service including handling and managing difficult situationsBe able to actively prioritise customer queries and issues during busy periodsBe proactive, show initiative and suggest ideas to improve the current service offeringBe confident to investigate each customer case from the beginning to the end, providing the best possible solutionsHave a confident telephone manorHave previous experience working with the Zendesk and Business Central (desirable)
