Salary: Up to £34,000 - dependent upon experience

About the role

We’re looking for a driven Social Media and Content Manager to work on all our brands across all social channels, create dynamic, forward-thinking content and engage with our community in unique ways. Ideally, we’re looking for someone with knowledge of retail and devising content with the end goal of promoting exclusive and unique products available for purchase. This content will also need to be engaging to sports fans and find balance between visibility, engagement and sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a social media calendar across various platforms
  • Work alongside and help to grow a team of content creators
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to understand their requirements for upcoming campaigns
  • Strategise growth campaigns for our social media accounts
  • Arrange with our partners to secure filming opportunities, social media posts and engagement
  • Maximise contractually agreed collaboration campaigns
  • Work within specific guidelines to create visually engaging content
  • Film and edit engaging, high quality content for our websites
  • Manage workloads of team efficiently, ensuring timely completion of assets


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience working in social media
  • Can demonstrable experience across retail or sports social accounts
  • Has strong photography/videography skills, specifically for social platforms
  • Is proficient in video editing software, primarily Adobe Programs and DaVinci Resolve
  • Is self-motivated and well-organised, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Has adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
  • Is able to act as an in-house expert across varied social media platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter) and more


Beneficial Experience:

  • Managing content with a sales end goal objective
  • Interest in sports (not essential, but the ability to understand and deliver appealing content to these audiences is integral)
  • Previous experience of working in conjunction with wider Design, PR and Marketing teams
