Job Description:
- 6 + exp. ATE product/device testing background
- A physics or engineering related degree
- Understanding of semiconductor device physics
- Understanding of test development, commissioning and fault finding ,test plan and procedure, test report
- Experience using Labview or Matlab in an industrial or lab based environment
- Analysis skills ,Good communication skills (written and verbal)
