Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be at the helm of managing and developing profitable business relationships with two of the UK’s largest retailers. As a key player in the team, you’ll work end to end delivering exceptional business growth that consistently surpasses targets.


Your deep commercial acumen will be key to navigating these partnerships, driving growth, and identifying new opportunities. But it’s not just about strategy and numbers—it’s about building genuine, long-term relationships. You’ll be using your natural curiosity, your excitement, and your ability to connect with people to not only maintain these vital relationships but to take them to new heights.

What you’ll bring:


  • To thrive in this role, you’ll bring at least 2 years of experience managing major retailer relationships within the grocery channel, ideally including M&S.
  • You have strong private / own label experience and experience of end-to-end account management.
  • You’ll also have a proven track record of sales success within a structured FMCG organisation , where you’ve consistently delivered results and exceeded targets.
  • A passion for fine food and a deep understanding of premium food positioning will set you apart in this role. You’ll have an innate appreciation for the artistry of high-quality ingredients, exceptional flavors, and the experience that premium food brings to customers.
  • Above all, you’ll demonstrate initiative, determination, and a hunger for continual learning .
