Software Engineer (Infrastructure)
We are seeking a Software Engineer with interest in the Infrastructure to join a Law Tech business building a Greenfield AI technology to provide clients with fast, cost-efficient, and tailored legal solutions.

You’ll work closely with the CTO and VP of Engineering on core platform development (using Python) alongside having full ownership of improving and expanding the company’s AWS-based cloud infrastructure. You’ll play a critical role in establishing best practices and setting up the foundation for a reliable, secure, and scalable platform.

The see the role to initially split 50-50% between DevOps and Python backend development.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both cloud and infrastructure strategy while building a product from ground up and make a lasting impact at scale with the potential of quick progression to Head of position.

Strong foundation in backend development (Python ideally)
In-depth knowledge of AWS ecosystem
A track record of working with mission-critical systems or greenfield projects
Ability to collaborate with top talent and industry veterans, including those with machine learning and AI expertise - Play a leading role in the development of a brand-new AI-driven NLP product.
Option for rapid growth with the potential to set up DevOps culture with quick progression to Head of Division

Location: London (ideally asking for traveling to the office 1nce a week but flexible)
Compensation: upto £100k + benefits
