Scope

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to spearhead our strategic marketing initiatives at Dominus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in the property industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, running events and developing Dominus’ reputation as a market-leader across all verticals of the business.

 

Brand Marketing

  •  Lead all internal and external communications with stakeholders, including team members, local communities, local authorities, partners, and identified personas to help build and protect the brand reputation.
  •  Facilitate Dominus' participation in industry conferences, dinners, and awards ceremonies, with the aim of optimising networking opportunities for key team members to establish relationships and effectively represent Dominus
  •  Have ultimate responsibility for all marketing, creative and comms agency management, working closely with agencies to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  •  Ensure our social media channels are managed effectively with agency support, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence and that any incoming messages are handled correctly.
  •  Oversee the production of internal and external collateral with the graphic designer such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and leaflets, to ensure brand standards are adhered to.
  •  Coordinate and manage partner events to enhance business relationships and expand the company's network.
  •  Responsibility for and management of the administration of all marketing budgeting, spend, tracking and supplier liaison.
  •  Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management team.


Asset Marketing

  •  Execute marketing strategies in each new location to reach target audiences and drive interest and leads (from website, social media, PR, and organic).
  •  Lead in B2B and B2C marketing initiatives by developing and implementing the optimal marketing mix for each market, event, and interaction, leveraging customer insights.
  •  Managing the design, production and installation of all external, internal, and temporary building signage.
  •  Undertake media planning and coordination for both online and offline channels.
  •  Monitor market trends, undertake competitor analysis and customer analysis, and assist with rent and budget setting.
  •  Lead on B2B and B2C marketing initiatives by developing and implementing the optimal marketing mix for each market, event and interaction, leveraging customer insights


Skills and experience 

  •  Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in business or marketing or related field.
  •  5+ years’ experience within a senior Marketing role, with evidence of delivering successful campaigns and strategies
  •  Demonstrable experience and knowledge of the property market preferably with hotel or residential focus. 
  •  Writing, editing, copywriting and proof-reading skills
  •  Organised and methodical, able to multitask and plan and prioritise work accordingly and under pressure
  •  Knowledge of relevant technology (e.g. CMS, Adobe Creative Suite)
  •  Knowledge of Wordpress
  •  Articulate and thorough, showing attention to detail
  •  Demonstrates excellent inter-personal skills and develops relationships based on mutual respect and professionalism
  •  Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment 
  •  Creative thinker with a proactive and innovative approach
  •  Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  •  Energetic, passionate, flexible, and driven with a desire to achieve outstanding results
