This role requires a dynamic and commercially savvy Customer Sales Manager to lead and develop a small but growing call centre team responsible for in and outbound calls. You will be part of the senior leadership team and as such your role will be to drive sales growth as well as enhance the team’s internal reputation and effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: Develop and expand the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Sales Growth: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving overall performance.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, making decisive changes to overcome challenges.
  • Training & Development: Implement robust training programs and provide ongoing coaching.
  • Commercial Acumen: Understand market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with the franchise network and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Contribution: Act as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decisions.
