Job Description

Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with a firm in the service sector to support their search for an FP&A Accountant. As a key member of the Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy, delivering accurate forecasts, and supporting decision-making that drives growth and efficiency.


We are seeking qualified Finance Analysts, Management Accountants or Finance Business Partners with experience across budgeting, forecasting, analysis and stakeholder engagement. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyse, and deliver comprehensive financial forecasts and reports.
  • Support budget planning and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations to identify trends to provide insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to assess profitability on revenue streams.
  • WIP and KPI reporting.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate financial insights effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership.


Previous Experience:


We are looking to speak to qualified accountants with experience across a financial analysis based role. Strong analytical and business partnering skills are a requirement for this role, as is strong Excel skills and financial modelling would be advantageous.
