Join us as an Estates Maintenance Operative Looking for a hands-on job that lets you work outdoors? As an Estates Maintenance Operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy safe & well-kept outdoor spaces.
Perform grounds maintenance, including weeding, pruning, digging, hedge cutting, mowing, sweeping, and litter picking.

Clear ditches to maintain water flow.
*
Assist with tree work, subject to qualifications and needs.
*
Report fly-tipping, abandoned vehicles, and collect rubbish when requested.
*
Identify landscaping issues and suggest solutions.
*
Ensure maintenance and servicing of the ground’s vehicles, reporting issues promptly.
*
Safely store and handle fuel and chemicals according to regulations.
Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, and grass cutting for communal and domestic gardens.
*
Annual leave of 25 days, rising to 30 days after 5 years of service
*
