**Urban Planters - Grounds Maintenance Operative**

**Key Information**

Basic salary from £22,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience

We now have a carbon negative business who’s teams install planting in, on and around the buildings of the companies we partner with. We are happiest while we are landscaping, installing indoor planting schemes or maintaining the plants or grounds of our clients.

**Permanent**: A full time role, working Monday to Friday (40 hr week)

**Location**:Join the team covering Milton Keynes, Reading,

**The Role**

Working as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will travel between sites in the company van ensuring the best possible service is provided to our ever growing exterior customer base.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Grass cutting and strimming
- Shrub pruning, plant care and hedge cutting
- Weed maintenance
- Using a range of powered and non-powered horticulture equipment
- Liaising with customers
- Autumn clearing
- Spring preparation
- Mowing
- Heavy lifting will be required
