Job Description

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - UK

On site parking

£23,000 basic, Realistic chance to earn over £40,000 in your first year.


Struggling to find your feet and looking for a high-paying career move. Novax Recruitment is a multisector recruitment agency with ties in the UK and the United States.


If you are looking for a position that can offer variety, unlimited earning potential and career progression up to the Director level, then carry on reading. There is an optional progression into a 360 recruitment role.


Responsibilities:


• Finding and head-hunting candidates

• Qualifying candidates

• Building relationships with new clients and existing clients.

• Account management.
