Job Description: As a Recruitment Resourcer specializing in temporary trades and labour, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts. Working closely with the team , you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging with skilled candidates to meet our clients' staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

* Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for available positions.

* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.

* Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate candidates for consideration.

* Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

* Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including data entry, file management, and candidate correspondence.

* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is preferred.

* Knowledge of the trades and labour industry is advantageous.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

* Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
