Legal Administrator – Dispute Resolution
Leading UK law firm are seeking a Legal Administrator to join them on an initial 12M FTC with scope to extend in London.
This role would suit those with previous litigation or legal administrative experience.
The Firm:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting fee-earners and a wider dispute resolution team, duties will include:
- Supporting the management of diaries, booking appointments, and organising meetings for fee-earners.
- Performing office day-to-day administration work and providing general legal administrative support.
- Be the first point of contact for all direct queries to the Legal team.
- Manage the Legal inbox, allocate, matters and queries within the team effectively. Drafting and preparing documents, files, and bundles; assisting with opening of all incoming posts, scanning and photocopying.
- Assist with updating templates and precedent documents.
- Handle file opening procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Assist with catering and office events.
- With the chance to get involved with pre-litigation matters.
About You:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
- Previous Litigation or Legal Administrator experience (ideally both).
- Prior experience within a law firm environment.
- Those with internship experience in litigation and some ad-hoc duties are also encouraged to apply.
- Any Microsoft or Excel experience would be advantageous.
