We are seeking a skilled Investigator to join our team at Adecco. As an Investigator, you will play a crucial role in resolving financial disputes between businesses and consumers.

About the Role:

As an Investigator, you will be responsible for:

  • Investigating complaints about financial products and services.
  • Managing your caseload effectively to meet targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and financial institutions.
  • Examining evidence to identify the root cause of each complaint.
  • Weighing up all sides of a story and applying relevant rules and regulations to make fair and reasonable decisions.
  • Communicating with empathy and clarity, both verbally and in writing.
