Expert in X-Ray? Want to combine your clinical knowledge and commercial acumen? Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in the North West of the UK and grow their X-Ray division.

What you’ll be doing

This role is all about growing the X-Ray portfolio. This portfolio is really well received in the market, so you can be sure you’re working with leading products. Relationships are at the heart of this role, so you’ll be using your skills and knowledge of medical imaging to win new business and make existing accounts even stronger.


Your day to day might look a little like this:

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Setting meetings with prospective customers
  • Working with the Applications team for pre- and post- sales support
  • Sales forecasting for your accounts
  • Prepping and delivering customer quotes
  • Providing top-notch customer service


A bit about you

Basically you’ll know a thing or two about X-Ray. Our client isn’t fussed about whether you’ve come from a more clinical or commercial background, but they do want someone who’s got a solid understanding of X-Ray and medical imaging.


Aside from that, they’re looking for someone who:

  • Has good sales experience, ideally in medical imaging
  • Understands the market from a clinical perspective
  • Can develop sales strategies and implement them
  • Is able to negotiate and present confidently
  • Can drive across the territory when required
  • Has a degree in a relevant field
