Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Delivery Consultant to join our growing team. The Delivery Consultant will play a pivotal role in fulfilling client staffing requirements by sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates in roles across the tech sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about recruitment and delivery to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and role specifications.
  • Source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Ensure all roles are filled within agreed timeframes and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, candidate availability, and market insights.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the tech or staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of tech roles and terminology (or a willingness to learn quickly).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Target-driven with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and recruitment tools.
