About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be the face of this prestigious brand, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales, and fostering a customer experience that reflects luxury at every level. We are seeking a candidate with an excellent track record in luxury retail or high-end beauty/cosmetics. A strong leadership ethos and the ability to motivate, build, and collaborate within and across teams are essential to this role, as well as a passion for developing team members into enthusiastic brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales goals, ensuring a seamless customer journey that upholds the brand's legacy and high standards.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated team, promoting continuous learning and fostering a positive, brand-focused atmosphere.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, ensuring personalized and exceptional service to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards, creating a pristine and inviting environment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand's offerings, sharing insights and passion with both the team and customers.
  • Work closely with other departments to align store performance with broader brand goals and vision.
  • Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and VIP experiences to strengthen customer engagement and brand visibility.


Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury retail, high-end beauty, or cosmetics, with a proven track record in store management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team of brand ambassadors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centered approach.
  • Collaborative, able to work effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to operational excellence and store standards.
  • Passionate about luxury, craftsmanship, and delivering an elevated customer experience.
