About Fleek

Fleek is a B2B Marketplace for wholesale second hand fashion. We enable resellers and retail stores to buy from vintage clothing suppliers from around the world.

We are backed by top Silicon Valley VCs such as Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Y Combinator and founders/CEOs of Depop, Shopify, Postmates.

Required Experience

  • 2 years working for VC backed startups
  • 3 years (minimum) in a Data Analyst role
  • Must have proficiency with SQL (and Python is a plus)

About the Role

We are looking for a growth data analyst to power charge our growth efforts. As a key member of our growth team, you will be expected to own our growth model and help us answer questions like:

  • How do we acquire and retain customers?
  • What are the gaps in our marketplace supply?
  • What’s the incremental value of adding specific products and brands?
  • How do we optimise the early lifecycle of buyers and suppliers on Fleek?

In addition to the above, your ability to identify and address the complex challenges inherent in managing a two-sided marketplace will be critical to Fleek’s continued growth and success.

About the Team

Fleek is a diverse set of funky individuals with the single mission of making second hand first choice while promoting circular fashion and building a beautiful product experience. Our 50+ people team consists of individuals in 7+ countries with experiences from Google, YC, Uber, Deliveroo, Depop, Cambridge, Oxford, UC Berkeley, etc.
