Senior Data Analyst, Central London (2 days per week), £70k - £80k + Bonus & Benefits

An exciting opportunity to join my client’s team and make an impact on the future of data in finance. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in advancing AI/ML solutions, data governance practices, and financial data analysis. Collaborating with Data, Product, and Engineering teams, you’ll lead efforts to enhance data reliability, quality, and security, supporting my client’s drive to be a data-driven industry leader.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI/ML and data governance use cases.
  • Drive data governance and financial data initiatives, ensuring best practices and compliance.
  • Manage and develop data models, data dictionaries, and robust data management frameworks.
  • Conduct testing on ETL processes, data workflows, and AI/ML models.
  • Optimise and secure data systems using AWS tools like Redshift, MySQL etc.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience with AI/ML solution implementation and data governance.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS data tools and querying capabilities.
  • Financial data analysis and reporting expertise, with a solid understanding of data privacy/security.
  • Skilled in data modelling and collaborating with senior stakeholders across departments.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
