We're working with a regional full-service law firm who are looking for a Commercial Property Legal Assistant to support their busy Commercial team. Based in their office in Liverpool, you’ll be supporting solicitors and fee earners with several secretarial duties. This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking to gain experience in a busy conveyancing department.


Responsibilities include:

  • Support fee earners with diary management.
  • Book appointments.
  • Liaise with clients face-to-face and via telephone.
  • Proof reading documents.
  • Provide administrative support including typing and preparing documentation.


What we need from you:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • 12 months experience in Commercial property environment.
  • Ability to be organised & take initiative.
